Cozy Modern Farmhouse Rental

This space makes us want to snuggle up with a good book, a cup of tea, and hang out for hours.

 

The bedroom features a modern farmhouse design with soft features to create a relaxing space. We utilized our client's existing headboard and dresser by giving the previous cherry wood a fresh coat of paint.

In the living room, we designed a custom entertainment center to create a focal point in the room. Since this is a rental, we didn't want any permanent built-ins but this entertainment center creates the look of a built-in that can transition into another home. We created interest for a neutral color palette by infusing the space with contrast and lots of texture.
