This project came to us as a gorgeous recently constructed home by none other than Tampa Bay’s C&C Homes. Our client had just purchased the property and was ready for a fresh start, envisioning all-new furnishings and a personalized design. Our challenge was to infuse our clients’ passions of basketball, music, and entertainment into the design without veering into cliché. We rose to the occasion, creating a design that strikes the perfect balance between masculinity, edgy statement pieces, and elevated luxurious living.

When Mr. Parker decided to purchase this home, he was starting a new chapter of life. No longer wanting to take his previous belongings with him, he decided this home gave hima fresh start to enter this next chapter. We started with a blank canvas. While working with Mr. Parker we determined what was important to him, his lifestyle, and what brought meaning into his life. This inspired us to create a home that tells his story.

To infuse depth and character into the living room, we transformed the fireplace wall with a blue limewash finish. To us, there is nothing more beautiful than a hand applied finish that adds atmosphere and visual interest. The fireplace now fully anchors the space.
Mr. Parker
Mr. Parker is a gentleman with a taste for the finer things in life. Purchasing this home marked the start of an exciting chapter, and opportunity to create a space that reflected his evolved personal style. Instead of relying on Tampa’s vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene, he envisioned a home that would serve as both a retreat and an inviting space for entertaining. Collaborating closely with Mr. Parker, we infused his passions and lifestyle into the design, crafting a space that feels both elevated and deeply personal.

The master bedroom’s existing arch detail became a showstopper with custom cerused oak millwork, meticulously crafted by a local artisan. Paired with striking sconces, this feature elevates the room to a level of luxe sophistication.

This new construction home offered a blank canvas, and we couldn’t wait to infuse it with our client’s vibrant personality. The bold color palette of ochre, Hermès orange, deep blues, browns, and blacks sets the tone, layered with rich textures and unique finishes. Contrasts define the aesthetic, hard meets soft, glossy balances matte, and angular forms interplay with curves. With deep, moody tones, luxurious woods, high-gloss surfaces, and layered textures, the result is a dynamic, edgy, and sophisticated space that doesn’t compromise on comfort.

Few design elements make an impact like wallpaper. In the dining area, we introduced a bold mural that injects energy and balances the living room’s fireplace feature. For the master bedroom, a marble-inspired wallpaper graces the ceiling, creating a moody, dramatic vibe perfect for unwinding in style.

As a tribute to Mr. Parker’s admiration for Kobe Bryant, we collaborated with Tampa realist painter, @bagsquiat to create a custom triptych. The artwork, reflecting the client’s vision, is a centerpiece of the entertainment room.

By blending modern and transitional styles, we designed a masculine space that embodies Mr. Parker’s vision of luxury. Thoughtful contrasts, bespoke finishes, and curated details ensure the home feels bold yet comfortable, edgy yet elegant. This isn’t your typical sports-themed bachelor pad! It’s elevated, sophisticated, and entirely unique.

The living room is the heart of this home, blending luxury and comfort. A full-grain leather sofa anchors the space, while new window treatments provide privacy, convenience and a cozy texture. Statement artwork and custom throw pillows infuse the room with personality and charm.
